The room was the most spacious we've experienced in Japan, equipped with complete amenities, including my favorite—an innovative toilet that dries clothes and bodies! Its proximity to subway stations and Dotonbori made exploring easy. Although train sounds were noticeable, it didn’t disrupt our relaxation. A wonderful bonding experience for our family!

I had a lovely time during our romantic escape! The location is perfect, just a short walk from two subway stations and surrounded by late-night restaurants, making it super convenient. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, complete with a little kitchen area that added a nice touch to our stay. Plus, we really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub after long days of exploring, which was super relaxing!
That said, the check-in process was a bit tricky since it’s all online, and there wasn’t a counter attendant to help. We also discovered the hot water wasn’t working at first, which threw us off until we figured it out. though, these minor issues didn’t overshadow the enjoyable experience!

Upon arrival, the self check-in process was annoyingly convoluted and I had to spend a significant amount of time figuring it out. The noise from the nearby railway tracks was unbearable. The lack of offering any tea or coffee in the room was disappointing, made my mornings start on an irritating note.

Unexpected comforts in Osaka
The amenities, like the kitchenette and laundry, were convenient for our family.
The train noises from nearby tracks could be disruptive for light sleepers. It didn't bother us much, but it's something to consider if you are sensitive to sound.
